ABOUT US
Founder: Autumn Knight
Autumn’s passion for wellness was sparked by her family’s history of hypertension, motivating her to take control of her own health and help others do the same.
She holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Georgia. Autumn is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with experience in cognitive aging and cardiology related research. As an endurance athlete who has completed several half marathons and various other races, she understands the importance of creating small, consistent habits that lead to long-term wellness.
Through The Wellness Blossom, Autumn focuses on four key pillars of wellness: physical activity, nutrition, and mental & emotional wellness (including stress management, sufficient sleep, and social connection). Her goal is to make wellness accessible and achievable for everyone, encouraging them to blossom into the healthiest version of themselves.
